Tommy Bermudez serves as Treasurer of InCity HotSpots Foundation and has been a dedicated supporter of the organization’s mission to create positive opportunities for youth and families throughout Brownsville and the Rio Grande Valley.
With more than two decades of experience in local school district administration, Tommy brings valuable leadership, organization, accountability, and community experience to the Foundation. He also has over 20 years of basketball officiating experience, along with involvement in volleyball, giving him a strong understanding of sportsmanship, professionalism, communication, and youth athletics.
Tommy is also a proud father whose daughter has participated in InCity HotSpots programs since the organization’s early beginnings, giving him a unique perspective as both a Foundation leader and parent.
From the start, Tommy has been a trusted advisor, problem-solver, and advocate, helping the Foundation overcome challenges and continue growing. As Treasurer, he supports the organization’s financial responsibility, accountability, and long-term sustainability while remaining committed to keeping meaningful opportunities accessible to local families.
